YS6+

Considered by many to be the best feeling graphite shaft in golf, the YS-6+ is also a perennial offering in the world's top clubhead manufacturer's custom fitting programs. The YS-6+ can be trimmed to fairway wood lengths and sustain the feel and flex of the famous driver length shafts.

• Graphite Design encourages consulting a PGA Professional or qualified clubmaker on selecting the best length shaft for your swing characteristics.
• Tip trimming is dependent on the bore depth and intended results.
• Tip trimming will increase frequency, tip stiffness and torque (amount of increase will vary depending on model.
• Always leave at least .5" of parallel tip section outside the hosel. For example: With a hosel depth of 1.5" and parallel tip length of 4", the trim should not exceed 2".
• Improper installation may affect the intended performance of the shaft.

The Tour AD YSQ is specifically designed to maximize performance from today's high-MOI (moment of inertia) and 460cc driver heads. Like all Graphite Design shafts, the YSQ is built with the finest graphite composite materials available.

The YSQ features an overall firmer bend profile based off the acclaimed YS-6+ shaft with the supple smooth power for which TOUR AD is famous. This mid launch design is desirable by the avid golfer in search of quality engineering, performance, and reputation. The YSQ is available in 3 weight categories: 55, 65, and 75 grams for drivers and they can be trimmed to Fairway Model lengths if preferred as there is a 4" Parallel Tip Section. This is a true family of shafts meaning all the weight categories have the same bend profile and MID KICK MID LAUNCH design. The only difference among the shafts is the torque gets higher as the weight gets lower.
